Activities to enjoy in Almeria with disabled children

With summer just around the corner, there are many activities that can be presented to us. Places to see, discover and enjoy. Therefore, for this post we wanted to prepare a series of recommendations specially adapted to people with disabilities and of all ages.

At AquaVera we are perfectly prepared to cater for everyone and we have our own float rides with ramps for handicapped access: the Black Holes and the Adventure River.

For the little ones, we have areas ideally equipped for them to relax and have fun, such as the children’s pool: Aqualandia, our play area with ramps, slides, mushrooms, Splash bucket (when you least expect it, hundreds of liters of water will fall on you) and water jets or the Wave pool.

All this without forgetting our Lake Pool, a more relaxed environment to relax with the family in a large comfort zone. An experience to enjoy in the best company.

In the region of Almeria you can also find various excursions and courses of adapted sailing or horseback riding to enjoy the sea and nature with these noble animals.

Without leaving the animal world, we always recommend a visit to the well-known butterfly farm in Níjar. A sanctuary for these animals full of flowers and where you can learn all about their life cycle. An enclosure where they live in freedom and enjoy a range of colors and beauty with more than 300 exotic butterflies present.

On the other hand, if you want to immerse yourself in an old western movie, we recommend a visit to Fort Bravo at Cinema Studios. A unique place with the most important Western film sets in Europe. The Tabernas Desert hosts this show full of activities for the whole family and perfectly conditioned so you do not miss anything.
