The present General Conditions of Purchase, contemplated prior to the contracting process, regulate the purchase of tickets through the AquaVera website.
AquaVera may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these terms and conditions by publishing these modifications on the website, so that users are aware of them before purchasing tickets online.
The user, under his/her responsibility, must carefully read the entirety of the conditions in each of the cases in which he/she intends to purchase tickets through the website. The user declares to be of legal age and to have the necessary legal capacity to contract through the website and, consequently, to be bound by these conditions.
USE OF ELECTRONIC MEANS OF COMMUNICATION. Users of the online sales platform accessed from the AquaVera website are familiar with electronic means of communication and are aware of the security risks associated with their use. Users agree to use these electronic means only in a legally acceptable manner.
CANCELLATION OF TICKETS. The refund of the amount of the tickets purchased through the AquaVera website will be made in accordance with the current legislation on electronic commerce. Under no circumstances will the amount of the tickets be refunded to the client after 15 calendar days from the date of purchase of the tickets.
Tickets purchased within a calendar year will be valid until the date of closure of the facilities to the public for the end of the AquaVera season in that year, a date that will be available at all times on the AquaVera website and social networks. This will be valid except for specific offers and promotions which will be duly described.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. AquaVera excludes all liability for personal or material damage and/or harm caused by imprudence or non-compliance with the rules of behaviour and use of the facilities of the AquaVera water park.
Should the park be obliged to close after having gained access to it, the rules of the park for such circumstances will be applied. In case of not having been able to access due to weather conditions or reasons beyond the control of the park, the buyer shall ask for the person in charge of the park at that moment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any rights that may be available to him/her.
In the event of not being able to use the tickets purchased for a reason for which the purchaser is solely responsible (poor printing quality or deterioration of the tickets, for example), there will be no right to a refund or reimbursement of the tickets.
AquaVera is not liable for damages resulting from telecommunication errors, technical problems, system failures or illegal manipulation of the computer systems involved, irrespective of the place and form of alteration. Likewise, any liability for damage caused by malfunctions, interruptions (including maintenance) or system overload is excluded.
The personal data provided by e-mail through the forms that exist on the AquaVera website, as well as in the process of completing the purchase in the AquaVera online shops, will be recorded in a file, for the purpose of answering the questions by Aqualand Almeria S.A. Therefore, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, suppression, portability, opposition and limitation to Aqualand Almeria S.A. by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the same way, AquaVera may send you commercial information by post, e-mail or fax about its different products, services, offers and discounts. If you wish to receive this information, you must tick the acceptance box of these conditions.
Online tickets cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
