Rules of the “Christmas Card 2023″Contest

AquaVera water park AquaVera announces the contest “Christmas Card 2023”, which will be held on its Facebook page according to the following rules.

1. Purpose of the contest

1.1 The purpose of the “Christmas Card” contest is for children to develop their creativity by designing a Christmas card with motifs from the AquaVera water park and its famous “Gotita”.

1.2 The theme will be “Christmas at AquaVera”.

2. Time scope

2.1 The contest will be held on AquaVera’s Facebook page from its announcement by publication on December 4, 2023 until 23:59 on December 31, 2023.

3. Awards

There are 3 categories, with 3 prizes per category:

• First prize, 1 Season Pass valid for the winning child and 3 accompanying persons.
• Second prize, 4 free tickets to the park for the runner-up.
• Third prize, 2 free tickets to the park for the third place winner.
• The season pass and free tickets will be valid for the 2024 season.

4. Mechanics of the promotion

4.1 All children can participate, regardless of their location, as long as they do so from a personal account (of their parents or guardians) and valid Facebook account, which respects the conditions of the platform to have a profile on the social network.

4.2 AquaVera employees, their relatives up to the second degree in direct line (siblings, children, parents and grandparents) and their spouses are excluded from the competition. If non-compliance with this condition is detected, the Christmas cards submitted by them will be discarded.

4.3 Participants undertake to identify themselves as true and declare that the data and information they submit are true and up to date. AquaVera is not responsible for the incorrectness of this information and reserves the right to request proof of this information and even to eliminate a participant if he/she does not provide this information.

4.4 The following three categories are established:

• 1st and 2nd grade of primary school
• 3rd and 4th grade of primary school
• 5th and 6th grade of primary school

4.5 Only one Christmas card per child will be accepted.

4.6 All Christmas card photos must be submitted in color.

4.7 Christmas card photos should not include people.

4.8 The Christmas cards must be original, made by the child with school materials, crayons, colors, pencil, etc., and be made specifically for the contest.

4.9 The photos must be sent to AquaVera’s Facebook profile by private message or attached to the answers to the contest announcement post.

4.10 To determine the winner, the “likes” of the participants’ publication will be added to each of the images submitted by category and validated by the organization, which will be published in AquaVera’s profile.

4.11 In any case, AquaVera reserves the right to eliminate from the contest those Christmas cards that do not comply with the above conditions.

5. Election of winners

5.1 To determine the winners per category, the “likes” obtained by each of the Christmas cards (within their corresponding category) published on the Facebook profile of Aquavera on January 4 will be added up.

5.2 From the date of publication, the voting period begins and will end on January 14 at 23.59 hrs.

5.3 The winners will be announced on January 21, 2024 on AquaVera’s Facebook profile.

5.4 AquaVera reserves the right to exclude any entrant who attempts to disrupt or disable the normal operation of the Contest.

5.5 Participants consent to AquaVera contacting them through Facebook to manage any aspect related to the contest, including the communication of the prizes. To do so, it may require the request of certain personal data, such as name, postal address and an e-mail address.

5.6 If a winner forfeits the prize, AquaVera reserves the right to award the prize to another person from among the participants in this action.

6. Responsibility of the organizer

6.1 AquaVera is not responsible for any information about your identity that may be provided by participants. Neither is it responsible for the authenticity of the Christmas cards or for the rights that the participants claim to have over the images used in them.

6.2 Facebook is not responsible for the announcement and mechanics of the contest.

6.3 AquaVera reserves the right to make any changes to the competition that it deems necessary, including changes of date, should circumstances arise that prevent the action from being carried out as planned.

7. Rights of interested persons

7.1 In compliance with the provisions of the RGPD, participants are entitled to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, deletion or oblivion, limitation of processing, opposition and portability of data that they may have sent to AquaVera.

7.2 Participants authorize the reproduction and use of their user account and image submitted to the contest only for any activity related to the contest.

7.3 AquaVera will not use the submitted holiday cards in other commercial campaigns or in other posts not related to the contest.
